New Home - Stratford

Koru Building Contractors is able to work with you to design your new character style home. Traditionally, these character style homes were built on stumps to prevent termite damage and to keep out snakes and insects as well as to be cool in summer and sit high enough to withstand floods. Whilst these elements still have to be considered, in today’s design we aim to optimise the connection from the indoors to the outdoors spaces as well as creating a home that is not only inviting and aesthetically appealing but is also friendly to our unique environment.
