Queenslander Restoration - Stratford

This character home was relocated to site and our client's brief was to completely gut and renovate the home turning it from a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home on the top level and 1 bedroom self-contained unit downstairs.

The home was relocated to a small site and the living areas were extended to maximise the living and entertaining spaces. The new outdoor deck with bi-fold doors upstairs creates airflow through the home and makes the home light and open to enjoy the North Queensland lifestyle.
